Reaching Tailgate Threads Co.
Tailgate Threads Co. is a casual game-day boutique for college women, and email is the easiest way to get help with sizing, orders, or styling ideas for the season.
Email is the contact channel. No fixed customer-service hours or continuous live support are advertised. Messages can be sent at any time and are handled as they are reviewed.
What To Include For A Faster Reply
To help us find your order quickly, please include your order reference and the name of the item you are asking about, along with a short description of your question.
It also helps to share your size, color choice, and any photos if your enquiry is about fit or a possible issue.
Reply is aimed for within 2 business days. This is a service target rather than a guaranteed response deadline, and complex enquiries may take longer. If no reply has been received, check your spam folder and follow up in the same email conversation.
